MechaSuite is an offline-first vehicle logbook, maintenance tracker, and cost management application designed for personal and shared vehicle management.

Features may include, but are not limited to:

• Vehicle management for cars, boats, aircraft, and other supported vehicle categories.
• Fuel and charging tracking.
• Consumption and efficiency statistics.
• Maintenance history and reminders.
• Local notifications and reminders.
• Local photo storage for maintenance records.
• Backup and restore functionality.
• Import/export and migration tools.
• Optional account synchronization and vehicle sharing.
• Cross-platform support across supported operating systems.
• Localization and theme customization.

Certain features may require an internet connection or user authentication. We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Some MechaSuite features can be used without creating an account.

Optional sign-in functionality may be provided using third-party authentication providers, including but not limited to:

• Google
• Apple
• Discord
• Facebook

Authentication is managed through secure third-party identity providers using industry-standard protocols such as OpenID Connect (OIDC) and OAuth 2.0.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate.
• All activity performed under your account.

The Company is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials, insecure devices, or user negligence.

MechaSuite primarily stores data locally on your device using SQLite databases and local storage systems.

If signed in, certain data may synchronize with MechaSuite backend infrastructure while the application is active.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Synchronization may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable.
• Conflicts may occur between devices or offline changes.
• Some data, such as locally stored maintenance photos, may not sync between devices.
• The availability of synchronization depends on internet connectivity and backend availability.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or real-time synchronization.

Signed-in users may share vehicles with other users through invite links, QR codes, or other supported sharing systems.

Available permissions may include:

• Owner
• Editor
• Viewer

Vehicle owners are responsible for managing access permissions and shared data.

The Company is not responsible for:

• Data changes made by invited users.
• Unauthorized sharing of invite links.
• Misuse of shared vehicles or shared data.

You agree to use MechaSuite lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

• Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, disrupt, or interfere with the application or backend systems.
• Upload malicious software, harmful content, or illegal material.
• Abuse synchronization systems, APIs, backups, or sharing features.
• Circumvent security measures or access controls.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of your data.
• Maintaining backups of important information.
• Ensuring compliance with laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

MechaSuite may provide backup, export, restore, and recovery features, including encrypted backup formats.

However:

• Backups are provided on a best-effort basis.
• Automatic backups may overwrite older backups.
• Restore operations may permanently replace existing local data.
• Recovery functionality may not always be available.

You remain solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of important data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

• Lost or corrupted data.
• Failed restores or imports.
• Synchronization conflicts.
• Device failures or storage corruption.

Maintenance photos and certain media files may remain stored only on the local device unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Deleting the application, clearing device storage, or losing the device may permanently remove locally stored files.

The Company is not responsible for recovering locally stored media.

Fuel economy, charging efficiency, cost calculations, reminders, statistics, and estimates are provided for informational purposes only.

While MechaSuite attempts to provide accurate calculations:

• Results may vary based on entered data.
• Incorrect entries may affect calculations.
• Comparisons are limited to compatible vehicle and fuel configurations.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of calculations, reminders, or maintenance recommendations.

Some MechaSuite features may require payment, subscription plans, donations, or one-time purchases.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments are processed in advance.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Third-party platform fees, taxes, and currency conversion charges are your responsibility.

Failure to pay may result in restricted access to premium functionality.

MechaSuite may integrate with third-party services, websites, or providers.

These may include:

• Authentication providers
• Cloud infrastructure providers
• Analytics services
• Payment processors
• External import/export systems

The Company is not responsible for the availability, security, policies, or actions of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

All rights, title, and interest in MechaSuite, including software, branding, interfaces, graphics, and infrastructure, remain the exclusive property of iServeCloud (Pty) Ltd or its licensors.

You retain ownership of the data you create within the application.

By using the Services, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of operating the Services.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute MechaSuite without permission.
• Use MechaSuite branding or logos without written consent.
• Resell or commercially exploit the application without authorization.

We strive to keep MechaSuite available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

Services may be interrupted due to:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Infrastructure failures
• Internet connectivity issues
• Third-party outages
• Security incidents
• Force majeure events

Features, APIs, synchronization systems, or supported platforms may change over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Vehicle damage, maintenance costs, or operational decisions based on app data.
• Data corruption, sync failures, or backup failures.
• Downtime or service interruptions.

The total liability of the Company for any claim relating to MechaSuite shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iServeCloud (Pty) Ltd, its employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

MechaSuite processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including but not limited to:

• POPIA (South Africa)
• GDPR (European Union), where applicable

Please review our Privacy Policy for more information regarding data collection, storage, synchronization, and processing.

You may stop using MechaSuite at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Abuse or illegal activity is detected.
• Security risks are identified.
• Required by law or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination:

• Access to synchronization services may cease immediately.
• Stored cloud data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
• Local device data remains your responsibility.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically.

Updated versions may be published within the application, on our websites, or communicated by email where appropriate.

Continued use of MechaSuite after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

You agree that any disputes arising from the use of MechaSuite shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Users remain responsible for complying with laws applicable in their own jurisdictions.
